Staff training on equipment bought from Dometek is usually included in the sales contract. We take the training of staff very seriously and reserve the right to refuse personnel not sufficiently qualified to receive the training. All training is provided in the English language, unless otherwise specified in the Dometek Sales Contract. Our engineers are experts in their field and at the disposal of you, the customer, this is an opportunity to have any questions and concerns answered, we encourage our customerís to take advantage of their vast knowledge.
We also offer additional technical training and support. This can be as simple as an instruction manual, to an extended period of face to face instruction. The cost for this can be built into the overall contract cost, or done on a per diem basis. Many of our customers have extensive knowledge in this industry, and do not have the need for any training, however we do have many start up companies that are interested in obtaining all the information and knowledge available.
